1. I can achieve greatness.

One of the most influential things you can tell yourself on a daily basis is that you can achieve greatness in life. Place focus on your vision and dreams and attach the emotion to that vision. By continually telling yourself and believing you can achieve greatness, it will eventually turn into a reality.

2. Today, I am brimming with energy and overflowing with joy.

You are capable of removing all permissions you give yourself, through your subconscious, and can therefore conquer any pain or illness you may suffer.

You should repeat these words to yourself every day. These words are so important for counselling yourself to maintain encouragement. By doing this you will be able to do anything that you put your mind to.

6. Everything that is happening now is happening for my ultimate good.

There is no such thing as victims, accidents or coincidences. They simply do not exist because people will only attract what they are involved in. It is essential to know that everything happens for a reason and in perfect harmony. You are at peace with everything that has happened, is happening and will happen and your fears about tomorrow are simply fading away.

7. I am the architect of my life; I build its foundation and choose its contents.

These words should be repeated to yourself every morning when you wake up. Every day offers a fresh start and you have the ability to make an impact on others around you. You can make anything you want of each day because you are the architect of your own life. If you begin your day with positive thoughts and feelings you will transform that day into something incredible.

8. I forgive those who have harmed me in the past and peacefully detach myself from them.

This doesn’t mean you should forget what they have done but it means you are at peace with the wrong they have done and the lessons they have learned. The strength to forgive is what allows you to move forward and grow as a person. You can forgive one thousand people and even if none of them may forgive you, you will gain a sense of peace and freedom from within that they will never be able to receive unless they share your forgiveness.

9. My ability to conquer my challenges is limitless and my potential to succeed is infinite.
