Think To Action: Proof That Our Thoughts And Intentions Can Directly Affect The World
Positive thinking has been given new credence by a researcher and alternative healer from Japan called Dr. Massaru Emoto as he presents new evidence for the theory. Famed for his water molecule experiments in the2004 film, What The Bleep Do We Know?, Emoto shows how human intentions and thought processes can affect physical reality such as the molecular structure of water. Humans are made up of over 60% water suggesting that no-one can afford toharbornegative feelings and emotions.
Approximately 2000 people living in Tokyo took part in an experiment whereby they focused positive intentions towards water samples within an electromagnetically shielded room in California. The group were unaware that there were similar water samples placed in a different location as controls.Even though ice crystals formed in both sets of samples, certain water formations were present only in those which had positive thoughts directed at them.
The ice crystals which had formed from both sets of water samples were blindly identified, scrutinized and photographed by an analyst; and 100independentjudges assessed the resulting images foraestheticappeal. The results are consistent with previous studies which have been carried out which suggest that intention is likely to influence the structure of water. The effects on the water by the direct states of consciousness are pictured here:
Another famous Emoto demonstration regarding the power of negative thinking – and therefore positive thinking – is the rice experiment. The Dr placed portions of cooked rice into two separate containers labeled ‘thank you’ and ‘you fool’ and then instructed school children to say out loud what the labels read every day when he passed by. The rice in thepositivelylabelled container barely changed but the rice in the negatively labeled jar was rotten andmoldy. Here is a video demonstrating the effects on both jars.
